Our story

We learned manufacturing on the floor before we wrote a line of code for it.

Leorit builds custom software and AI for manufacturers. This is how it started, and why it works the way it does.

Where it started

Before any software, the founder personally executed more than 3,000 garment manufacturing orders, covering sourcing, sampling, quality control and delivery.

That work showed where factories break. Specifications drift between buyer and floor. Quality goes unrecorded. Production status lives on WhatsApp and in one supervisor's memory.

The first product, and what it taught us

Leorit OS was an order, QC and workflow platform for manufacturers, with a WhatsApp ordering agent called LEO, built during OkCredit's Future Founders programme in 2026.

Six manufacturers piloted it. One paid.

Factories do not buy generic software. They pay for systems built around how they actually run. That is why Leorit now builds each system inside the factory.

Thirteen days

A ₹120 crore industrial paint manufacturer in Ludhiana, operating since 1998, moved from paper registers to unit-level traceability. Live in production thirteen days after the first line of code.

A five-stage system in five weeks. Eleven role-scoped logins. Used every shift. The owner has since commissioned a second system.

How we work

We work inside the factory.

Systems are designed on the floor, around the people who use them.

We ship in weeks, not quarters.

We are an AI-native engineering team, so a build that conventionally takes 12–18 months reaches production in weeks.

Every order becomes data.

Each deployment records structured execution data — receipts, batches, defects, dispatch — that factories have never captured before.

Where this is going

Three layers. Each one depends on the one before it.
