Paints, coatings, inks and dyes

Hundreds of raw materials, batch production across departments, and finished goods that leave as drums, tins and combination cartons. The register that recorded ten pigments cannot record five hundred, and shade-wise stock lives in the storekeeper's head.

This is where our first system runs today. Every sack QR-coded at the gate, batch records per department, carton level codes at packing, and full traceability from dispatch back to the supplier's invoice — live daily at a ₹120 crore manufacturer in Ludhiana.

Chemicals, specialty and agrochemicals

Batch reactors, hazardous stores, and costing that swings on every kilogram of input. When a batch fails, the question is always the same: which drum, which supplier, which lot — and paper cannot answer it quickly enough to matter.

We build unit level traceability from drum inward to finished dispatch, batch records tied to the exact material consumed, and costing that closes per batch rather than per year.

Pharmaceutical formulation

Here the append only ledger is not a feature, it is the requirement. Batch manufacturing records, material genealogy, and sign-offs that regulators will read.

We build systems where every action is attributed to a person and a time, nothing can be silently altered, and a recall query — which batches used this lot — is answered in seconds instead of a weekend of files. Built with Baddi's formulation belt in mind.

Adhesives, sealants and lubricants

Recipe driven batches, viscosity and grade variants, and the same drum leaving as five different SKUs. Costing per grade is guesswork when consumption is recorded at month end.

We record consumption at the batch, mint identities per drum, and give you cost per kilogram by grade — while the batch is still warm, not in the annual accounts.

Polymers, rubber and plastics

Compounding, extrusion, moulding. Regrind that disappears into the next run, machine-wise output that nobody totals, and power-heavy machines whose idle hours cost real money.

We build machine level tracking with output per shift, regrind accounted as material with an identity, and per kilogram costing that includes the hours the machine sat hot and idle.

Engineering and auto components

High part counts, tight tolerances, OEM customers who audit. Costing lives or dies on machine-hour truth, and a rejected lot must trace back to bar stock, operator and machine.

We build production tracking per operation, per-part costing built from actual machine time, and traceability that survives an OEM audit — from goods inward to the part in the customer's bin.

Cycles, fabrication and assembly

The industry Ludhiana built. Hundreds of child parts, vendor chains, assembly lines where a missing bracket stops a hundred frames.

We build stores that know exactly which vendor lot is on the shelf, assembly tracking that shows what is short before the line stops, and dispatch that reconciles to the frame number.

Steel, rolling and metal processing

Heats, coils and sections, where yield against input weight is the whole economics and a kilogram unaccounted for is money gone. Built for Mandi Gobindgarh as much as for Mohali.

We build heat-wise and coil-wise traceability, yield tracked against input weight per run, and dispatch that reconciles to the kilogram against what the furnace consumed.

Electronics and components

Thousands of SKUs in the component store, serial level finished goods, and test-and-rework loops that paper was never going to survive.

We build serial level identity from kitting to packing, rework recorded as history rather than hidden, and stores where a reel's location and quantity are facts, not estimates.

Textiles, dyeing and apparel

Lots that change identity at every stage — yarn to grey fabric to dyed fabric to garment — with shade variance and piece-rate floors in between.

We build lot tracking through processing, shade-wise inventory that survives re-dyeing, and piece-rate production recording across cutting and stitching that pays people from data, not from chits.

Food and beverage processing

We build first-expiry-first-out stores, lot level genealogy from raw intake to packed goods, and yield tracking that shows where the weight went between the gate and the carton.

Job based production where every order is a new spec, wastage per run decides the margin, and material reconciliation happens never.

We build job costing per order, wastage recorded at the machine with a reason, and reels and boards tracked from inward to the delivered job.
